When storms and disasters strike, the hardest part is often not the response itself but making sure the people who need help know it is there. Affected residents are displaced, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the very channels that carry critical information. The Salvation Army needed to close that gap: to reach impacted communities quickly, communicate available relief with clarity and compassion, and mobilize the volunteers, donors, and local partners who make recovery possible.

The Salvation Army partnered with Pulse Creative Group to lead community outreach that could move at the speed of a disaster — meeting people where they are, in the channels and voices they trust.
